Identification, reflection and reframing of limiting beliefs. Constructive, cognitive-behavioural approach on people pleasing and creating boundaries.
Exploration of the stress loop and solution-focused coaching to examine work-life balance.
Intensive job application and interview preparation coaching.
OUTCOME:
Increased awareness and reframing of self-limiting beliefs which has increased self-confidence.
Applied for a new role in the organisation and was successful at interview.
Has established new boundaries both at work and in personal life.
Work-life balance improved, and commencement of a new lifestyle regime. Focused on self-care, increased physical exercise and commenced a weight loss programme.
Awareness of perfectionism behaviour and imposter syndrome; and has a variety of tools to self-manage this.
