METHODS:

  • Various coaching methods were used to address the issues that were inter-linked. 

  • Bespoke and individualised coaching plan was created over 4 sessions.

  • Initiation and analysis of personal and peer review with 360 feedback. 

  • Identification, reflection and reframing of limiting beliefs. Constructive, cognitive-behavioural approach on people pleasing and creating boundaries. 

  • Exploration of the stress loop and solution-focused coaching to examine work-life balance.

  • Intensive job application and interview preparation coaching.

OUTCOME:

  • Increased awareness and reframing of self-limiting beliefs which has increased self-confidence. 

  • Applied for a new role in the organisation and was successful at interview.

  • Has established new boundaries both at work and in personal life.

  • Work-life balance improved, and commencement of a new lifestyle regime. Focused on self-care, increased physical exercise and commenced a weight loss programme.

  • Awareness of perfectionism behaviour and imposter syndrome; and has a variety of tools to self-manage this.
