It is a free 30 minute virtual session.

Via MS Teams and I will email a link to you, once you have booked a session and confirmed it.

Click on an available date and time on my calendar.

Please ensure that you provide your name and valid email address when booking. Click the “book event” button.

You will get a message “booking confirmed”. At the end of this page, there will be an option to add your booking to your:

• Google Calendar

• Outlook

• Office 365

• Yahoo Calendar

Click on whichever calendar you normally use, and it will save your booking. This is an optional step.

Email Confirmation:

You will receive an email to confirm the booking.

If you have used a work or organisational email, please ensure that my email will not be blocked by your firewall. Always check your spam for an emails from Tidycal and Gneeta.Coach@gmail.com.

I will then send you a separate email with an MS Teams link and this will be sent within 24 hours of your discovery call. Use this link to join the discovery meeting.

I focus on you and your needs, for example, why you are considering coaching and what concerns or issues you may have.

I would strongly suggest that before you book and arrive at the discovery meeting, that you carefully read the FAQ “I’m still thinking about it” page because there is alot of practical information in this section. You can find the link HERE.

Before our meeting, you may want to consider the following questions:

• What are areas that I feel I need to develop and why?
