  • You will be given instructions on how to make bookings once the coaching agreement has been agreed and signed.

  • The best way to contact me is either via email or the contact form here.

    Please note that it can take up to 3 working days for a response.

    I do not have an unstructured or informal approach to communication with my clients.

  • An invoice will be issued as outlined in the Coaching Agreement. Payment options will be provided on the invoice.

    For group, team coaching sessions, workshops, webinars, and public speaking events, you will be invoiced before the session, and full payment is required at booking. I will not reserve the date until payment has been made.

    If you have arranged a coaching block (multiple sessions), then we can discuss split payment options, if applicable.

  • Yes.

    After each session, you will be given a link to a feedback questionnaire to complete.

    This needs to be completed before the subsequent coaching session can be booked.

    With respect to testimonials, verbal and written consent is acquired. Testimonials may be published on my website and/or social media channels.

  • Sometimes coaching relationships do not work. There could be many reasons for this, therefore both my client and the coach have the option to terminate the coaching agreement. This can be done at any time in writing with 14 days’ notice.

    The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.
