I’m still thinking about it.

Professional development coaching is a collaborative process where a coach works with individuals, groups or teams to identify their personal or professional goals, strengths and areas for development.
Recognising that your journey through life is different from others, I can guide you through bespoke and individualised strategies and actions to help you reach your full potential, and this can be in the form of tailored feedback, support, accountability and resourcefulness development.
Coaching helps to unlock capabilities, provide clarity, enhance knowledge and skill sets, and achieve desired outcomes.
It is a journey of continuous improvement, reflection, self-awareness and self-discovery.
Check out my “What Coaching is Not” video, on this page. This will provide more clarity.

No.
I am skilled in the use of a variety of psychometric tools such as VIA character, Strength’s finder, Personality assessment, MBTI, Resilience, Hogan development survey, OSCAR, 16 Personalities, Myers Briggs, Korn Ferry, etc.
I use psychometric tools when I feel that there is a requirement to do so, and naturally will provide pre-tool instruction, and post-tool reflection opportunities.
_________________
The cost of each trademarked psychometric testing method varies and therefore, will be invoiced separately and in addition to the coaching session rate.
I would recommend that we discuss your needs first to establish what testing method would suit your development the best.
I will then recommend a few options, and you can choose to pay for whichever testing platform you want to commit to, and the coaching session will be used to discuss the results.
Please note, that successful coaching does NOT require formal psychometric testing. It is not a prerequisite of the coaching journey. Majority of clients are already aware of their areas of development.
In my experience, I have completed a number of psychometric tests in the past and the results did not reveal anything “inspiringly” or “shockingly” new about myself.
Therefore, I never pressure clients to commit to external psychometric testing methods.
I only recommend it, if I feel that in my professional opinion, it would be an asset to you and your development. The choice always remains with you.

I am a great listener!
A great coach listens.
I have always leaned towards roles that help, teach, support, or develop others, and this is something that I am good at.
One client called me her “pocket rocket cheerleader”, and basically, that is what I am!
I encourage you, support you, and provide you with the space to grow!
I am your cheerleader!
On a personal level, I understand the pressures of trying to balance a modern career, family, and a private life. The impact of imbalance can be catastrophic on a personal and professional development point of view.
Finding time to develop yourself, your career, or your career is tough; and I understand that.
I have carved a portfolio medical career while my children were young and have constantly pushed boundaries to develop a good work-life balance for myself.
I lead and coach by example.
There is no point being a coach if I don’t practice what I preach!
Please email me or book a discovery call and tell me about what your specific needs are, and I will try my best to accommodate you.

However, the coach-client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical or legal professions), and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognised privilege.
Details regarding confidentiality will be outlined in my contract with you.
Please be aware that there are certain circumstances in which confidentiality can be legally breeched:
The client presents an acute physical danger, threat or harm to themselves.
The client presents acute physical danger, threat or harm to another individual or group.

In team or group settings, confidentiality is contracted at the beginning of the session between participants. It is expected that those who engage in team or group coaching sessions must respect the virtues of confidentiality to create a safe, facilitative platform for reflection, sharing and learning.

I have provided individual career development, executive and leadership coaching within the NHS. I have coached clients and teams involving both clinical and non-clinical multi-disciplinary staff.
Majority of my coaching within the NHS has been pro-bono work required as part of my accreditation process.
I have conducted team development and leadership coaching programmes. Topics include value-based career development, team building through a variety of coaching methods, communication, stress management and burnout prevention, building personal and professional resilience, identification and utilisation of signature strengths and incorporation of tools to help highlight values, strengths, and leadership styles.
Privately, I have coached clients from healthcare, including Doctors (from training level, GP/Consultant and Medical Leadership levels), medical students, non-clinical staff, and allied health professionals in both Primary and Secondary Care.

You do not need to be a Doctor or Healthcare Professional to work with me.
Outside of healthcare, to widen and developed my scope of experience, I have coached individuals and teams within Engineering, Law, Utilities, Finance, Human Resources, Public Sector, Business and Education.
Please email me or book a discovery call and tell me about what your specific needs are, and I will try my best to accommodate you.

No, unfortunately I am not a Welsh speaker. All coaching sessions and communications are conducted in English.
As I am a business based in Cardiff, three is a Welsh-section of my website that provides a brief introduction to my coaching services.

My youngest client was 18 (career coaching) and my oldest client was 71 (career transition coaching and retirement planning).
As coaching is a contractual arrangement, the minimum age of engagement is 18 years, and there is no maximum age limit.
I can deliver group sessions for senior school or college level students organised directly with the educational institution. I would recommend contacting me directly about this.
Please email me or book a discovery call and tell me about what your specific needs are, and I will try my best to accommodate you.
-
I do not coach under 18-year-olds individually.
Group sessions or workshops can be arranged by an educational institution for senior school and college students only.
I would carefully need to consider coaching Doctors who are registered under the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board General Practice Medical Performers List.
As I am involved in performance investigations on behalf of the Health Board, there would be a potential conflict of interest for me to coach any GPs, Dentist, Community Pharmacists, Community Opticians, Community Nursing Practitioners, Primary Care clinical or non-clinical staff that have been or are undergoing any formal legal or regulatory processes and who work and/or are registered to the Cardiff and Vale area.
If you are concerned about a potential conflict of interest, please email me directly at gneeta.coach@gmail.com.

Please take the time to read through my website, videos and case studies.
You need to consider whether I am the right coach for you, as I do not offer refunds on my coaching services. View our refund policy here.
If you are still not sure, then book a discovery call. This is a free, 30 minute virtual session where you can ask me more questions, and I can ascertain whether coaching would be valuable to you or not.
There is no pressure and no obligation after the discovery call to sign up for formal coaching services.
This is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your needs and ascertain whether coaching would be the best fit for you.
Alternatively, if you don’t fancy a discovery call, and just have a few questions, you can get in touch via my contact form.
