My bespoke team coaching sessions are divided into two sections. One section focuses on individual career or leadership development. The second section focuses on team development. This is grounded on the understanding that a powerful team is a sum of it’s successful, individual parts.

Psychological safety is an essential ingredient of team coaching allowing participation without fear of criticism. I cultivate a conducive environment which respects confidentiality, trust, empathy and engagement. This enhances knowledge sharing, personal development and team development.

Successful team coaching is reliant on organisational readiness by Leaders and Executives. My goal is to understand your needs and create a coaching environment that meets your development requirements.     Development coaching is holistic in its approach, recognising that with each journey comes individual experiences and challenges. Therefore, appreciating the individual as a collective of multiple parts (or roles).

    Recognising that your journey through life is different from others, I can guide you through bespoke and individualised strategies and actions to help you reach your full potential, and this can be in the form of tailored feedback, support, accountability and resourcefulness development.

  • I first work with my client or organisation to understand exactly what their team development needs are, and then create a bespoke team development coaching programme, in the form of a workshop or webinar, which can be delivered either over one session or a series of coaching sessions.

    These sessions are developed with the team in mind, therefore I may canvas the opinions of team members with appropriate consent, before delivering a team coaching session.

    The purpose of this is to ensure that the agenda suits the requirements of the team and its members.

    My workshops and webinars are highly interactive, and I design team coaching programmes to provide a blend of individual development and team development content.
