I believe the session was helpful in creating a sense of clarity as to my current position and was helpful with regards to the next steps and what I should consider doing moving forward. The session gave me an opportunity to break down and consider what things are the most important to me. These different considerations were then ranked and allowed me to think why it was important to me or why certain things were less important to me. I was then able to use this information and compare it to my current role to assess whether my current job is fulfilling the things I deem important.
