  • Embedding of regular reflection techniques to aid in mental well-being.

OUTCOME:

  • Reduced clinical sessional commitments to transition into a Medical Education role.

  • Initiated the development of a portfolio career.

  • Negotiated one session per week within the job plan to complete non-clinical tasks associated with the main clinical role. 

  • Improved work-life balance. 

  • A greater sense of job satisfaction. 

  • Practical tools to manage work-related stress and burnout prevention.
